    A: The LED indicator remains red when not charging, and blue when charging. It will alternate from red to blue when your device is fully charged. If the connected device is having charging issues, the LED indicator will flash red.

    A: Yes, other cables can be used, but to ensure the utmost safety and performance, we strongly recommend buying a new cable from Tommox.
